摘要
研究旨在分析小型立式饲料搅拌机在混合大豆和玉米颗粒时的混合过程和混合特性。在搅拌器转速为25、35 r/min和45 r/min情况下,采用离散元法对两种颗粒在搅拌机中的混合过程进行模拟研究,并分析转速对混合指数的影响。结果表明:当搅拌器转速低时,物料颗粒运动不剧烈导致混合效率低;当搅拌器转速高时,在自重和离心力作用下,物性一致的颗粒容易产生集聚现象,导致混合后期混合指数波动大。因此,应根据颗粒物料的物性选择合适的转速,才能达到最好的混合效果。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the mixing process and mixing characteristics of a small vertical feed mixer for mixing soybean and corn particles. The mixing process of two kinds of particles in mixer was simulated by discrete element method, and analyzed the influence of rotational speed on mixing index when the speed of agitator is 25, 35 r/min and 45 r/min. The results show that,when the speed of agitator is low, result in mixing low-efficiency due to the particles moved slow.When the speed of the agitator is high, the uniformity fluctuates greatly under the action of gravity and centrifugal force in the later mixing stage, because of the different particle properties of soybean and corn. Therefore, the appropriate rotate-speed should be selected according to the physical properties of particles materials to achieve the best mixing effect.
