陶瓷管表面NaHCO3粉体干法脱硫研究 被引量:5

Research on Dry Desulfurization with NaHCO3 Powder Loaded on the Surface of Ceramic Tubes

摘要 探讨Na HCO3的加热分解特性并将其负载于陶瓷管表面进行了脱硫实验研究,发现Na HCO3在合理的灼烧温度下将在热分解为Na2CO3的过程中形成多孔结构,可在没有液相水存在的情况下成功实现SO2去除,灼烧温度过高则发生颗粒烧结从而降低脱硫效果;进口气流SO2浓度150 ppm的情况下,陶瓷管表面厚度仅仅50μm的Na HCO3粉体可以在20~40 min内将出口气流中的SO2限制在17.5 ppm(50 mg/m^3)的超净排放限值以下。Na HCO3作为干法脱硫剂可在不明显提高烟气湿度和降低其温度的条件下成功实现脱硫,结合陶瓷过滤管的除尘作用,有望实现烟气的深度除尘和脱硫操作的一体化。 The thermal decomposition characteristics of NaHCO3 was investigated. Desulfurization experiments were conducted with NaHCO3 powder loaded on the surface of ceramic tubes as SO2-capturing agent. The results showed that at proper temperature,NaHCO3 particles formed porous structure during the thermal-decomposition reaction to generate Na2CO3,the as-generated porous particles could remove SO2 successfully without presence of liquid water. When the calcinations temperature was too high,it would cause fritting and a decrease in desulfurization ability. When the inlet [SO2]= 150 ppm,NaHCO3 layer with thickness only 50 μm on the surface of ceramic tubes could guarantee the SO2 concentration in the outlet flue gas to be lower than 17. 5 ppm( 50 mg/m^3) within 19 ~41 min. Using NaHCO3 as dry SO2-capturing agent could fulfill desulfurization without increasing the humidity and decreasing the temperature of the flue gas. Combined with dust removal function of porous ceramic tubes,this method is expected to remove dusts and SO2 in the flue gas in only one unit.
