摘要
目的探究优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的作用评价。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月我院接诊的急性心肌梗死的患者90例进行实验分析,依据奇偶分法进行分组,分为试验组与对照组,各45例患者,对比两组患者的急诊时间指标、复发率以及急救成功率。结果试验组患者的分诊评估时间、急诊室停留时间、急诊球囊扩展时间、抢救时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的复发率低于对照组,试验组患者的急救成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中应用,可缩短抢救时间,为患者疾病的治疗争取了时间,提高了急性心肌梗死患者的抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the role of optimizing emergency nursing process in the rescue of acute myocardial infarction.Methods Ninety patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for experimental analysis.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to parity score method.45 patients in each group were divided into two groups.The emergency time index,recurrence rate and first aid success rate of the two groups were compared.Results The time of triage evaluation,emergency room stay,emergency balloon expansion time,rescue time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the first aid success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the emergency nursing process in the rescue of acute myocardial infarction can shorten the rescue time,win time for the treatment of patients’diseases,and improve the rescue success rate of acute myocardial infarction.
