摘要
目的研究高频振荡通气与西地那非联合治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2019年1月曲靖市妇幼保健院收治的72例持续性肺动脉高压新生儿为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组36例。对照组给予常规性治疗,研究组给予高频振荡通气与西地那非联合治疗,比较两组不同治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组高频通氧时间、氧暴露时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续性肺动脉高压新生儿进行高频振荡通气与西地那非联合治疗后,能够提升其临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV)combined with sildenafil in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension(PPH)in neonates.Methods A total of 72 neonates with PPH admitted to Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into control group and study group by a random number table,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the study group was given HFOV combined with sildenafil.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,all indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The high frequency oxygenation time,oxygen exposure time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion HFOV combined with sildenafil can improve the clinical effect of neonates with PPH.
