摘要
目的对比腹腔镜手术与内镜黏膜下剥离术在早期结肠癌治疗中的临床效果。方法以我院2016年7月~2017年7月收治的84例早期结肠癌患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者均分为观察组(n=42)及对照组(n=42),观察组行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗,对照组行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、手术治疗情况以及两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗总有效率依次为90.48%、73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组术中出血量存在明显差异,且观察组手术时间及住院时间均比对照组短,观察组住院费用比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率(4.76%)比对照组低(21.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期结肠癌疗效显著,能减少手术及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广使用。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early-stage colon cancer.Methods 84 patients with early-stage colon cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as subjects.The subjects were divided into the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)by random number table method.The observation group was given endoscopic submucosal dissection and the control group was given laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.The clinical efficacy,surgical treatment and complications in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 90.48%and 73.81%respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in intraoperative bleeding volume between the observation group and the control group.In addition,the operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospital expenses in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(21.42%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection is effective in the treatment of early-stage colon cancer.It can shorten the duration of surgery and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
