摘要
目的探讨超声引导联合Encor真空辅助微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月我院收治的120例应用超声引导联合Encor真空辅助微创旋切系统切除乳腺肿块的患者为研究组,选择同期112例应用传统手术切除乳腺肿块的患者为对照组。比较两组患者手术指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后病理检查结果以乳腺纤维腺瘤及乳腺纤维腺病为主。研究组患者手术时间、切口长度、切口愈合时间、术中出血量均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组术后发生并发症6例(5.0%),均为局部皮下瘀斑;对照组15例(13.4%),其中局部皮下瘀斑11例,局部血肿3例,局部皮肤破损1例;研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2~3个月超声复查均未肿块残留、肿块复发及未吸收的血肿。结论超声引导联合Encor真空辅助微创旋切系统切除乳腺良性肿块,具有手术时间短、出血量少、切口愈合快、术后并发症少等优点,该系统安全可靠,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Ultrasound guidance combined with EnCor Minimally Invasive Biopsy System in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods Total 120 cases of breast mass resection by the combination of ultrasound guidance and Encor Minimally Invasive Biopsy System were selected as the study group,and 112 cases of breast mass resection by traditional surgery were selected as the control group from January 2017 to December 2018.The operative indexes and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Postoperative pathological findings were mainly breast fibroadenosis and breast fibroadenoma.Statistical analysis showed that the operation time,incision length,incision healing time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complications occurred in 6 cases(5.0%)of the study group and 15 cases(13.4%)of the control group,including 11 cases of local subcutaneous ecchymosis,3 cases of local hematoma and 1 case of local skin damage.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up results 2 to 3 months after operation:No residual mass,recurrence of mass and unabsorbed hematoma were found in the ultrasound review.Conclusion Ultrasound guidance combined with Encor Minimally Invasive Biopsy System is a safe and reliable minimally invasive operation system,which has the advantages of short operation time,less bleeding,faster wound healing and fewer complications.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
