摘要
考虑到安全系数设计法存在的许多问题,为了保持设计的统一性,同时与国际接轨,采用可靠度设计法对输电线路的导地线和金具进行设计。通过对按现行国家标准GB 50545—2010和行业标准DL/T 5154—2012[WTBX]设计的导地线和金具进行可靠度校准,选取目标可靠指标计算得到导地线和金具极限状态的荷载和抗力分项系数。研究结果表明,对于导地线,当恒荷载与风荷载组合时,弧垂最低点和悬挂点的平均可靠指标分别为4.372和3.968;当恒荷载、风荷载和覆冰荷载组合时,弧垂最低点和悬挂点的平均可靠指标分别为3.157和2.898。金具的平均可靠指标为3.99。导地线抗力分项系数γR的均值为1.084,恒荷载分项系数γG的均值为1.072,风荷载分项系数γW的均值为1.828;金具抗力分项系数γR′的均值为1.165,导地线竖向荷载分项系数γQ 3的均值为1.062,导地线风荷载分项系数γQ 5的均值为1.797。若采用基于可靠度理论的设计方法,建议导地线各分项系数取γR=1.1、γG=1.2、γW=1.8,金具各分项系数取γR′=1.2、γQ 3=1.2、γQ 5=1.8。[WTBZ]
Considering problems existing in the design method of safety factor,in order to maintain the uniformity of design and to keep up with the international standards,a reliability design method is used to design the grounding wire and fittings in transmission lines.Through the reliability calibration of grounding wire and fittings designed by the current national standard GB 50545—2010 and the industry standard DL/T 5154—2012,the partial coefficients of load and resistance for the grounding wire and fittings under the ultimate state are calculated by selecting the target reliability index.The results show that the average reliability indexes of the lowest sag point and the suspension point are 4.372 and 3.968,respectively,when combined with constant load and wind load,and 3.157 and 2.898 respectively,when combined with constant load,wind load and ice load.The average reliability index of fittings is 3.99.The average partial coefficient of grounding wire resistanceγR is 1.084,the average partial coefficient of constant loadγG is 1.072,and the average partial coefficient of wind loadγW is 1.828.The average partial coefficient of fittings resistanceγR′is 1.165,the average partial coefficient of the vertical load of grounding wireγQ 3 is 1.062,and the average partial coefficient of the wind load of grounding wireγQ 5 is 1.797.If the design method based on reliability theory is adopted,it is suggested that the partial coefficients of grounding wire should be taken asγR=1.1,γG=1.2,andγW=1.8,and the partial coefficients of fittings should be taken asγR′=1.2,γQ 3=1.2,andγQ 5=1.8.
