肝癌患者组织中非编码微核糖核酸-375的表达情况分析

摘要 目的研究肝癌患者组织中非编码微核糖核酸-375(miR-375)的表达情况。方法选取2014年7月~2018年12月在我院进行手术切除治疗的77例肝癌患者作为研究对象,提取患者癌组织标本中的非编码微核糖核酸(miRNAs)进行考察,以癌旁正常组织作为对照。观察肝癌组织、癌旁组织中的miR-375表达水平并进行比较。结果77例肝癌患者的癌组织中miR-375相对表达水平低于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、肝功能Child-pugh分级、体力状况(ECOG)评分、病灶数量、巴塞罗那(BCLC)分期肝癌组织中的miR-375相对表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肿瘤直径≥5 cm肝癌组织中的miR-375相对表达水平低于肿瘤直径<5 cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-375相对表达水平与患者的肿瘤直径成负相关(r=-4.521,P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者组织中miR-375的表达水平同肿瘤直径存在密切关系。 Objective To study the expression of non-coding microRNA-375(miR-375)in tissues of patients with liver cancer.Methods Seventy-seven patients with liver cancer who underwent surgical resection in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2018 were selected as subjects in this study.The non-coding microRNAs(miRNAs)from these cancer patients were extracted.The normal tissues near to cancer ones were selected as control.The expression levels of miR-375 in liver cancer tissues and normal tissues were observed and compared.Results The relative expression level of miR-375 in the cancer tissues of 77 patients with liver cancer was lower than that in the normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression levels of miR-375 in liver cancer tissues of different genders,age,Child-pugh liver function grading,physical status(ECOG)scores,number of lesions,and Barcelona(BCLC)stage were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The relative expression level of miR-375 in liver cancer tissues with tumor diameter≥5 cm was lower than that of tumor diameter<5 cm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression level of miR-375 was negatively correlated with tumor diameter(r=-4.521,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of miR-375 in liver cancer patients is closely related to tumor diameter.
