摘要
目的:探讨失效模式和效应分析联合细节干预对手术室器械管理效果及器械准备差错率、器械损耗率的影响。方法:研究对象为本院2016年1月~2017年12月在本院共计完成的120例腔镜手术。从2017年1月起,本院腔镜手术中心开展HFMEA联合细节护理干预,常规护理和联合护理各60例,比较两组手术室器械处理危机值、手术室器械准备差错以及器械耗损情况,手术室护士相关知识掌握情况之间的差异。结果:观察组手术室手术器械危机值、准备差错以及器械耗损情况显著低于对照组,观察组手术室护士相关知识掌握情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室失效模式与效应分析联合细节干预,通过器械准备差错率、器械准备差错显著降低,手术室护理人员差错风险值下降。
Objective:To explore the effect of failure mode and effect analysis combined with detailed intervention on the management effect of instruments in operating room,the error rate of equipment preparation and the wear rate of instruments.Methods:The subjects were 120 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.Since January 2017,HFMEA combined with detailed nursing intervention has been carried out in our hospitalʼs endoscopic surgery center.There are 60 cases of routine nursing and 60 cases of combined nursing.The difference between the two groups in dealing with crisis value of operating room instruments,errors in preparation of operating room instruments and equipment wastage,and the mastery of relevant knowledge of operating room nurses has been compared.Result:The crisis value,preparation errors and equipment wastage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the knowledge mastery of nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The failure mode and effect analysis of the operating room combined with detailed intervention can significantly reduce the error rate of equipment preparation and equipment preparation.
