摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT在冠脉CTA成像的应用价值。方法分析2018年1月—2019年5月我院收治的140例疑似冠心病患者临床资料,全部患者行64排螺旋CT冠脉CTA成像检查,并进行冠脉造影检查为金标准,对检查结果进行对比分析,分析64排螺旋CT在冠脉CTA成像的应用价值和优势。结果冠脉CTA诊断阳性率为91.89%(68/74),阴性率为87.88%(58/66),阳性预测值为89.47%(68/76),阴性预测值为90.63%(58/64),符合率为90.00%(126/140);右冠状动脉主干、左冠状动脉主干、前降支、回旋支狭窄情况进行分析显示两种诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 64排螺旋CT在冠脉CTA成像诊断冠心病应用上与传统冠脉造影诊断符合率高,敏感性特异性也较高,可根据扫描图像对狭窄血管进行有效判断,对冠心病临床诊断意义重大。
Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT in coronary CTA imaging.Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were analyzed.All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary CTA imaging.Coronary angiography was performed as the gold standard.The results were compared and analyzed.The application value and advantages of 64-slice spiral CT in coronary CTA imaging were analyzed.Results The diagnostic positive rate of coronary CTA was 91.89%(68/74),the negative rate was 87.88%(58/66),the positive predictive value was 89.47%(68/76),the negative predictive value was 90.63%(58/64),and the coincidence rate was 90.00%(126/140).The stenosis of right coronary artery,left coronary artery,anterior descending artery and circumflex artery was analyzed and revealed that there was no significant difference between the two diagnostic results(P>0.05).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT has high coincidence rate with traditional coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.It has high sensitivity and specificity.It can be used to judge stenosis vessels effectively according to the scanning images,which is of great significance in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
