原发性肝癌局部治疗与免疫相关动物模型的选择

摘要 局部治疗是一种微创治疗方法,如热消融或肝动脉介入栓塞直接治疗肿瘤。这些常用的治疗原发性肝癌的方法不仅会导致肝癌细胞死亡,还会引发肿瘤细胞的免疫反应。本文对局部治疗与癌症免疫学之间的联系进行综述,并讨论了动物模型研究相关的问题,以促进此领域的快速发展。
