摘要
目的对中风病(脑梗死急性期)中医综合诊疗方案进行临床疗效评价研究,以进一步优化和推广急性期脑梗死的诊疗规范。方法采用随机对照法,治疗组采用中医综合诊疗方案治疗,包括口服中药汤剂、静脉滴注中药注射液及常规治疗(内科基础治疗、针灸、推拿、康复训练及护理等),对照组只给予常规治疗。通过NIHSS量表、BI评分($85分)和mRS量表(0〜2级)对治疗第4周及随访第3个月进行疗效判定。结果第4周NIHSS评分与基线差值两组比较有极显著性差异(PV0.01);随访第3个月BI评分M 85分及mRS量表0〜2级的患者比例两组有显著差异(P<0.05)o结论实施中医综合诊疗方案治疗急性脑梗死可显著提高临床疗效,并具有可操作性和安全性,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive TCM treatment for stroke(acute stage of cerebral infarction)in order to further optimize and promote the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Randomized control method was used,the treatment group was treated by comprehensive TCM treatment scheme,including oral TCM decoction,intravenous infusion of TCM injection and routine treatment(internal medicine basic treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,rehabilitation training and nursing,etc.).While the control group received routine treatment only.The NIHSS scale,BI score(M 85)and mRS scale(grade 0・2)were used to evaluate the efficacy of patients in the two groups at the 4th week of treatment and the 3rd month of follow・up.Results There was an extremely significant difference between the two groups in NIHSS score and baseline difference at the 4th week(P V 0.01).There was significant difference in the proportion of patients with BI score(M 85)and mRS scale(0-2)at the 3rd month of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM comprehensive diagnosis and treatment scheme for acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and has operability and safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
