高温烟气过滤陶瓷材料的研制 被引量:2

摘要 实验以高温陶瓷纤维、高岭土、钾长石、锂辉石、滑石、氧化钙等为主要的原料,木炭粉为造孔剂,用半干压型法制备耐高温过滤陶瓷材料。详细探究了陶瓷纤维含量、造孔剂加入量对材料的显气孔率、抗折强度等性能的影响。通过单因素实验和正交试验法对原料配方、成型压力、烧成制度等进行了优化。最后得到配方为:高温陶瓷纤维77.78 wt%、高岭土6.67 wt%、钾长石6.67 wt%、锂辉石6.67 wt%、滑石1.33 wt%、氧化钙0.89 wt%、外加木炭粉45.0 wt%、甲基1.5 wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.5 wt%。5 MPa的成型压力成型后,在氧化性气氛下,以3℃/min从室温升至900℃后,再以5℃/min继续升至最高温度1270℃后保温20 min,制备的陶瓷样品的性能最好。 In this experiment,high temperature resistant filtration ceramic materials were prepared by semidry pressing method with high temperature ceramic fiber,kaolin,potassium feldspar,spodumene,talc,calcium oxide as main raw materials and charcoal powder as pore making agent.The effects of ceramic fiber content and pore making agent content on the apparent porosity and bending strength of the material were investigated in detail.The raw material formula,molding pressure and firing system were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.Finally,the formula is as follows:high temperature ceramic fiber 77.78 wt%,kaolin 6.67 wt%,potassium feldspar 6.67 wt%,spodumene 6.67 wt%,talc 1.33 wt%,calcium oxide 0.89 wt%,charcoal powder 45.0 wt%,methyl 1.5 wt%,sodium tripolyphosphate 0.5 wt%.5 MPa molding pressure molding,in oxidizing atmosphere,with 3℃/min from room temperature to 900℃,and then 5℃/min to the highest temperature of 1270℃ for 20 min,the properties of the prepared ceramic samples are the best.
