基于响应曲面法的逆向-同向流气浮工艺的优化 被引量:2

Optimization of Countercurrent-cocurrent Dissolved Air Floatation Process Based on Response Surface Method

摘要 以南水北调东线京杭运河水源为研究对象,采用逆向-同向流气浮工艺(CCDAF)进行处理,对运行参数进行了优化实验。结果表明,总絮凝时间8 min为佳,优选混凝剂为聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)。使用浊度、CODMn作为响应值,利用响应面法(RSM)建立了具有4个变量(即混凝剂投加量、一级混凝速度梯度G1、二级混凝速度梯度G2和气浮回流体积比)的多元二次回归模型,拟合程度较高。根据二次响应模型可知,响应值影响的显著程度为投加量>回流体积比> G1> G2。优化的操作参数:投加量5.0 mg/L,G1为52 s^-1,G2为25 s^-1,回流体积比12%。在该运行参数下浊度和CODMn去除率分别为96.32%和32.45%。可为CCDAF工艺操作提供技术支持。 The source of water from east route of the south-to-north water transfer project(Beijing-hangzhou canal) as the research object, the countercurrentcocurrent dissolved air flotation(CCDAF) was used for the treatment. The experiment of operational parameters optimization was carried out. The results showed that, the optimal flocculation time was 8 min and the optimal coagulant was polyaluminum ferric chloride(PAFC). The turbidity and CODMnas the response value, the multiple quadratic regression model with four variables(coagulant dosage, first-order coagulation velocity gradient G1, secondorder coagulation velocity gradient G2 and air flotation reflux volume ratio) was established by response surface method, the fitting degree was higher.The influence degree for response value was dosage > reflux volume ratio> G1> G2. The optimal operation parameters were as follow, the dosage was 5.0 mg/L, G1 was 52 s-1, G2 was 25 s-1 reflux volume ratio was 12%, the turbidity and CODMnremoval rate were 96.32% and 32.45% respectively. Technical support was provided for CCDAF process operation.
