介绍年产12万吨三氯氢硅冷氢化流化床反应器主体工艺计算方法,该计算过程具有精确度高、简便及实用等优点。
The main process calculation method which boasts high precision, easy operation and being practicable for 120 kt/a trichlorosilicon hydrogenation fluidized bed reactor was described.
