摘要 为提高植树效益及植树机自动化、智能化水平,本文设计一台在栽植作业时几乎不破坏周边原生植被的植树机。在对植树机栽植机构运动学分析的基础上提供一种基于可编程控制器PLC控制系统方案,重点研究植树机液压控制系统工作方案,植树机自动作业循环方案、株距控制方案。结果表明:间歇式挖穴栽植机构的控制系统可实现行进间间歇式挖穴栽植、智能调节栽植深度以及精准株距控制等,各机构运行合理且无干涉,栽植效率为400~500株/h,为植树机向自动化、智能化发展提供思路。 In order to improve the efficiency of tree planting and the automation and intellectualization level of tree planter, a tree planter with little damage to the surrounding primary vegetation is designed in this paper. On the basis of kinematics analysis of planting mechanism of tree planter, a control system scheme based on programmable logic controller(PLC) is provided. The work program of hydraulic control system of tree planter, automatic operation cycle scheme of tree planter and plant spacing control scheme are emphatically studied. The results show that the control system of intermittent hole digging and planting mechanism can realize the control of moving intermittent hole digging and planting, intelligently adjusting planting depth and precise plant spacing. The operation of each mechanism is reasonable and non-interference, and the planting efficiency is 400~500 plants per hour. This provides a way for the development of tree planter to automation and intellectualization.
