摘要
为推动四川甘薯绿色薯业进一步发展,对四川薯类创新团队在近5年(2014—2018年)甘薯产业上的主要科技创新进行总结与归纳,并提出未来5年(2019—2023年)的研究重点。结果表明:2014—2018年,四川薯类创新团队在优质专用型绵薯系列品种的选育与应用、甘薯高β-胡萝卜素生物强化育种与应用、优质专用甘薯产业关键技术创新与集成推广方面取得较多的成果;2019—2023年将重点在优异种质利用与特色专用品种选育、生物技术在甘薯育种中的应用、脱毒种薯技术研究与良繁体系、周年绿色生产技术体系、主要生产环节机械化技术体系、轻简化绿色综合防控技术体系、调控块根萌芽特性的关键基因及主食化加工产品与加工新技术等方面开展研究。
The main scientific and technological innovation in sweet potato industry by Sichuan potato innovation team during 2014-2018 is summarized and concluded and the further research emphasis during 2019-2023 is proposed to drive further development of green sweet potato industry in Sichuan.Result:Sichuan potato innovation team achieved more achievements in breeding and application of Mianshu series with special high quality,biological enhancement breeding and application of sweet potato varieties with high β-carotene content and key technical innovation and integration of special high quality sweet potato industry during 2014-2018.The research emphasis of Sichuan potato innovation team in sweet potato industry includes utilization of excellent germplasm resources,breeding of special-purpose variety,application of biotechnology in sweet potato breeding,virus-free seed sweet potato technology,propagation system of improved varieties,annual green production technological system,mechanization technical system of main production link,simplicity green comprehensive prevention and control technical system,key genes of regulating tuber germination characteristics and new processing technology of staple food products during 2019-2023.
