摘要
以当前正在兴起与普及的智能立体车库作为研究与应用平台,对其电动机控制系统的能量回馈环节进行了研究与设计,将当前主流的共用直流母线技术、超级电容储能技术与能耗制动等电动机再生能量处理办法相互结合,使用PLC作为核心控制单元,统筹各种技术的工作状态与介入时机,形成一套较为完整的回馈能量处理控制策略。结果表明,该方案具备较好的节能高效性与控制便捷性,且避免了回馈能量对电网的污染,具备一定的研究意义与应用前景。
Based on the research and application platform of the intelligent stereo garage,the energy feedback link of its motor control system has been researched and designed.A relatively complete feedback energy management control strategy is proposed which combined several current motor regenerative energy treatment methods including shared DC bus technology,super capacitor energy storage technology and energy consumption resistance technology.The PLC is used as the core control unit in the system to coordinate the working status and intervention timing of various technologies.The result shows that the strategy has well energy-saving efficiency and control convenience,and avoids the pollution of the feedback energy to the power grid.So the strategy has good research significance and application prospects.
