摘要
目的观察基于自我效能护理干预对胸肺肿瘤术后患者生存质量的影响。方法将2017年6月至2018年12月在本院接受治疗的胸肺肿瘤患者68例,按照入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。观察组实施自我效能护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理干预后的不良情绪、自我效能以及生活质量评分。结果经过3个月的护理,观察组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),前者自我效能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胸肺肿瘤患者的术后护理中,应用自我效能护理干预模式有助于帮助患者缓解不良情绪,提升自我效能,从而改善生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of self-efficacy-based nursing intervention on the quality of life(QOL) of postoperative patients with thoracic and pulmonary tumor. Methods 68 patients with thoracic and pulmonary tumors treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 34 cases in each group. The self-efficacy nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group and the routine nursing intervention in the control group. The adverse emotions, self-efficacy and quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups were compared after the nursing intervention. Results After 3 months nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of emotional function, physical function, social function, cognitive function and role function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-efficacy nursing intervention model in postoperative nursing of patients with chest-lung tumor is helpful to alleviate the bad mood and improve the self-efficacy, thus improving the quality of life.
