摘要
针对下运带式输送机断带抓捕液压缓冲系统在缓冲输送带冲击动能时,存在的较大振动问题,对下运带式输送机断带抓捕液压缓冲系统进行了改进研究。利用AMESIM,针对改进前后的液压缓冲系统搭建了仿真模型,对其动态性能进行了仿真研究;对改进前后的系统性能曲线进行了对比分析,并研究了溢流阀开启压力对改进的缓冲系统动态性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:改进后的缓冲系统的液压缸位移、速度、压力波动程度明显降低,在溢流阀关闭后阻尼孔能发挥较好的减振缓冲作用;溢流阀开启压力增大,液压缸位移增大,液压缸速度降幅增大,但平滑性不变,而液压缸无杆腔压力波动程度有所增加。
Aiming at the large vibration problem of the hydraulic buffer system of downward belt conveyor when it buffers the impact kinetic energy of conveyor belt,the broken belt catch hydraulic buffer system was improved and researched.The simulation models of original and improved hydraulic buffer system were built,and the dynamic performance of the buffer system was simulated by using AMESIM.The per-formance curves of the system before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed,and the effect of the relief valve opening pres-sure on improved broken belt catch hydraulic buffer system was studied.The results show that the displacement,the velocity and the pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic cylinder of the improved buffer system are obviously reduced,and the damper hole plays a better role in reducing vibration and cushioning after the relief valve closes.When the opening pressure of the relief valve increases,the displacement and the speed drop of the hydraulic cylinder increases.The smoothness of the hydraulic cylinder remains unchanged.While the pressure fluctuation of the rod less chamber of the hydraulic cylinder has a certain degree increase.
