摘要
西藏军区修路指挥部政治处出版的《战利》报,是在党的领导下,以服务康藏公路西线筑路工作为中心任务的一份机关报纸。从1954年4月1日至1954年11月16日共出版39期,报纸全面参与并见证了康藏公路修筑时期西线工作的历史进程。该报现存世极少,诸多史实也鲜为人世,通过梳理"康藏公路西线修路指挥部"沿革,分析这一时期《战利》的出版情况,研究其性质与特色,总结其历史价值和意义,对于填补西藏地方新闻出版史以及康藏公路修筑史的空白,深入践行与弘扬"两路精神",都具有较为重要的参考价值。
Zhan-Li,published by the political office of the road construction headquarters of the Tibet Military Region,is an organ newspaper with the central task of serving the road construction work of the western line of the Kangzang highway under the leadership of the party.From April 1 st,1954 to November 16th,1954,there were 39 issues had been published.The newspaper fully participated in and witnessed the historical process of the western line during the construction of the Kangzang highway.Sine these newspapers are rare now,and a lot of historical facts are rare in the world.By carding the evolution of the"road construction headquarters of the western line of the Kangzang highway",analyzing the publishing situation of the war benefits in this period,studying its nature and characteristics,summarizing its historical value and significance,it is of great significance to fill the gap in the publishing history of local news in Tibet and the history of the construction of the Kangzang highway,and to further practice and promote the spirit of the"two roads",It has important reference value.
