以“风毒入络”辨析中晚期肺恶性肿瘤多发转移之病机 被引量:2

Differentiation and Analysis on Pathogenesis of Multiple Metastasis of Advanced Lung Cancer with “Wind and Poison into Collaterals”

摘要 从风邪、毒邪的性质和致病特点为切入点,结合中晚期肺恶性肿瘤患者的病理基础、症状表现,辨析"风毒入络"在中晚期肺恶性肿瘤多发转移中的病机。风邪善动不居,轻扬开泄,且常兼它邪合而伤人,毒邪作用强烈,易于深伏。当风邪兼挟毒邪侵袭遍布于人体周身的络脉,这就为中晚期肺恶性肿瘤的转移提供了病理基础。在病机方面:肺朝百脉失利,瘀毒生风而为病;肺治节失司,气血津液失调而为病;肝体阴失利,内虚生风而为病。"风毒入络"作为中晚期肺恶性肿瘤多发转移的病机,决定着中晚期肺恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量和生存时间。而从"风毒入络"的角度对中晚期肺恶性肿瘤患者施以治疗,确定相应的辨证治则,具有较高的临床实践价值。 From the nature of wind evil,poisonous evil and pathogenic characteristics as the entry point,combined with the patholoaical basis and symptom manifestations of patients with advanced lung mailgnant tumors.To identify the pathogenesis of "wind-toxin" in the multiple metastasis of advanced lung mailgnancies.The wind is evil and does not live,it is light and venting,and often it is evil and hurts people.The poisonous evil is strong and easy to sink.When the wind and evil and the poisonous evil invade all over the collaterals of the human body,this provides a pathological basis for the metastasis of mailgnant tumors in the middle and late stages.In terms of pathogenesis: the lungs are defeated by the hundred veins,and the poisonous skin is sick.Lung treatment is lost,the biood and body fluid is imbalanced and is sick.Liver Yin is lost,and internal deficiency is disease."Wind-toxin" is a pathogenesis of multiple metastases in advanced lung cancer,which determines the quality of of life and survival time of patients with advanced lung mailgnancies.From the perspective of "wind-toxin",the treatment of patients with advanced lung mailgnant tumors and the detemination of corresponding dialectical rules have high clinical practice value.
