摘要
目的观察在结肠息肉患者的临床治疗当中,EMR术的实际应用体会。方法选择医院2016年1月-2019年4月收治的210例结肠息肉患者为主要分析对象,所有患者入院后均接受EMR手术治疗,对患者的治疗情况进行总体观察,并分析患者接受治疗后的好转情况以及恢复情况等。结果所有患者接受治疗后的总体情况较好,12例患者出现轻微出血等并发症情况,接受对症处理后全部好转,未见其他严重不适反应,患者的创面愈合情况等也较好,所有患者的治疗后恢复情况较好。结论针对结肠息肉患者的治疗,为其选择EMR术的效果较好。
Objective To observe the practical application of EMR in the clinical treatment of patients with colon polyps.Methods A total of 210 patients with colon polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the main subjects.All patients were treated with EMR after admission.The patient’s treatment was generally observed and analyzed.After the improvement situation and recovery situation.Results The overall condition of all patients was better after treatment.Twelve patients had complications such as minor bleeding.All cases were improved after symptomatic treatment.No other serious discomfort was observed.The wound healing of the patients was also good.All patients The recovery after treatment is better.Conclusion For the treatment of patients with colon polyps,it is better to choose EMR.
