摘要
针对汾河下游河道水量不足导致的生态环境恶化问题,本文开展了汾河下游生态基流调控方案研究。在生态基流盈缺分析的基础上建立了生态基流调控模型,对流域内工农业及生活用水量进行了调控,同时提出了跨流域调水方案作为补充。该方案可为汾河下游水生态修复工作提供理论基础和实践参考。
In order to solve the problem of ecological environment deterioration caused by insufficient water supply in the lower reaches of Fenhe River,this paper started a study on the regulation scheme of ecological basic flow in the lower reaches of Fenhe River.Based on the analysis of the surplus and shortage of ecological basic flow,an ecological basic flow regulation model is established to regulate the industrial,agricultural and domestic water consumption in the basin,and an inter-basin water transfer scheme is proposed as a supplement.The scheme can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the water ecological restoration work in the lower reaches of Fenhe River.
