摘要
根据研究教育部、原卫生部关于“加快面向基层的助理全科医师培养”的精神,经充分调查并结合我校的自身特点和优势,探索和研究“3+2”(三年医学专科教育+两年毕业后全科医师培训)的助理全科医师培养模式。提出包含1.5年理论基础课及实验实训、1.5年临床见习、社会实践及毕业实习和2年助理全科医师规范化培训的“两阶段三层次”培养模式。按照培养计划制定、教学内容遴选、教学模式改革、教学评价体系优化的思路,探讨构建助理全科医师人才培养模式,加强建设助理全科医师人才培养体系。
According to the spirit of the ministry of education and the ministry of health on"accelerating the training of assistant general practitioners for grassroots level",the training mode of"3+2"(three years of medical specialty education plus two years of training of general practitioners after graduation)was explored and studied after full investigation and combining our own characteristics and advantages.The"two-stage and three-level"training mode including 1.5 years of theoretical basic courses and experimental training,1.5 years of clinical probation,social practice and graduation practice,and 2 years of standardized training for assistant general practitioners is proposed.According to the basic ideas of making training plan,selecting teaching content,reforming teaching mode and optimizing teaching evaluation system,this paper discusses the construction of training mode for assistant general practitioners,so as to strengthen the construction of training assistant general practitioners.
