摘要
目的观察快速康复外科结合中药熏洗防治混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法将100例混合痔术后患者按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组50例予术后西医常规治疗;治疗组50例予术后快速康复外科结合中药熏洗治疗。2组均治疗10 d后统计疗效,并记录水肿平均消退时间和创面平均愈合时间,比较2组治疗前后伤口疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门坠胀及尿潴留评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组总有效率78.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门坠胀及尿潴留评分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组水肿平均消退时间(4.62±1.16)d,创面平均愈合时间(14.8±1.8)d,对照组水肿平均消退时间(6.93±2.18)d,创面平均愈合时间(19.5±2.3)d,治疗组水肿平均消退时间及创面平均愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科结合中药熏洗治疗混合痔术后疗效确切,可明显改善患者术后并发症发生情况,促进水肿消退,促进创面愈合,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine. 50 cases in treatment group were treated by rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated for 10 days, and the curative effect was recorded. The average time of regression and average healing time of the wound were recorded. The pain, bleeding, edema, anal distention and urinary retention score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 92.0% in treatment group and 78% in control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of pain, bleeding, edema, anal distention and urinary retention score in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The average time of edema regression was(4.62±1.16) d in treatment group and(6.93±2.18) d in control group. The average time of wound healing was(14.8±1.8) d in treatment group and(19.5±2.3) d in control group. The average time of edema regression and wound healing in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.is effective, which can significantly improve the postoperative complications of patients, promote edema regression, promote wound healing, and improve the clinical efficacy.
