相继增压柴油机切换延迟时间的试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于改善TBD234V6型柴油机在相继增压系统切换过程中的瞬间性能,根据经济性最优原则选择柴油机运行的最佳工况点;为了使柴油机在切换过程中更加平稳,避免出现喘振和倒灌现象,选择在最佳切换工况点对增压器切换延迟时间进行研究.研究结果表明:柴油机的最佳切换工况点在40%负荷,转速1112转/分;受控增压器切入最佳延迟切换时间为1 s,切出时延迟时间为0 s最佳.此时,柴油机各项指标良好,切换相对平稳,无喘振和倒灌现象. On the basis of improving the instantaneous performance of TBD234V6 diesel engine in the transition of successive supercharging system,the optimum working condition was selected according to the principle of Economic optimum.In order to make the diesel engine more stable in the switching process and avoid the phenomenon of surge and backflow,the switching delay time of supercharger was studied at the optimal switching condition.The results show that the optimal switching point of diesel engine is 40%load and 1112 RPM.The optimal switching time for the controlled supercharger is 1 s,and the optimal cutting time delay is 0 s.At this time,the index of diesel engine is good,the switch is relatively stable,no surge and backflow phenomenon.
