摘要
【目的】为了探究育秧方式配合不同插秧机具对机插稻移栽质量、产量及群体质量的影响,为丘陵区机插稻生产奠定理论基础。【方法】以晶两优534为试验材料,采用2因素随机区组试验,2种育秧方式:营养土育秧、稀泥育秧,3种手扶式插秧机具:2行手扶式插秧机、4行手扶式插秧机、6行手扶式插秧机。【结果】育秧方式与插秧机具对机插均匀度、有效穗、每穗粒数、齐穗期干物质重、齐穗期叶面积指数(LAI)、光合势、净同化量、抽穗整齐度存在显著或极显著的影响,且互作效应显著。各生育阶段群体生长率、齐穗期LAI和高效LAI、光合势、净同化量、抽穗整齐度与有效穗、每穗粒数、穗粒数以及产量均呈极显著正相关(0.44*~0.96**)。稀泥育秧与手扶式2行插秧机在机插均匀度、各生育期干物质重、各生育阶段干物质积累量及群体生长率、各生育期LAI、齐穗期高效LAI、光合势、净同化量、抽穗整齐度以及产量均最优;此外,在相同的育秧方式下,手扶式4行插秧机处理在各生育时期干物质量、各生育阶段干物质积累量和群体生长率、群体茎蘖数、各生育期LAI以及高效LAI、光合势、净同化量、抽穗整齐度、产量及其构成因素均高于手扶式6行插秧机处理。【结论】稀泥育秧配合手扶式2行插秧机能提高机插群体均匀度、优化群体质量、提高产量,是本试验的最优处理,可为丘陵区机插稻生产提供理论指导和实践依据。
【Objective】In order to explore the influence of the seedling method combined with different transplanting tools on the quality,yield and mass quality of transplanted rice transplanting. It will make a theoretical basis for machine rice insertion.【Method】This experiment uses Jingliangyou 534 as the test material,using the 2-factor randomized block test,and two breeding methods:nutrient soil breeding,slimming,and three types of hand-held transplanting machines:2-row,4-row,and 6-row hand-held rice transplanter.【Result】The results showed that the seedling method and transplanting machine had the machine uniformity,effective panicle,grain per panicle,dry matter weight at the heading stage,leaf area index(LAI) at the heading stage,photosynthetic potential,net assimilation amount,and heading uniformity. Significant or extremely significant effects,and the interaction effect is significant. The growth rate,LAI and high-efficiency LAI,photosynthetic potential,net assimilation,heading uniformity and effective panicle,number per panicle,grain number per panicle and yield of each growth stage were significantly positively correlated(0.44*-0.96**). Slim muddy and hand-held 2-row rice transplanter are optimal in machine insertion uniformity,dry matter weight at each growth stage,dry matter accumulation and population growth rate at each growth stage,LAI at each growth stage,high-efficiency LAI at the heading stage,photosynthetic potential,net assimilation amount,heading uniformity and yield;in addition,the dry matter accumulation at each growth stage,the population growth rate,and the population stem. Leaf number,LAI and high-efficiency LAI,photosynthetic potential,net assimilation,heading uniformity,yield and its components were higher than that of the hand-held 6-row rice transplanter under the same breeding mode for the hand-held 4-row ricetransplanter processes the dry matter quality at each growth stage.【Conclusion】The conclusion of the experiment was that the thin mud seedlings combined with the hand-held 2-row rice transplanting machine could improve the uniformity of the machine insertion population,optimize the mass of the group and increase the yield. It was the optimal treatment of this experiment and could provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for the machine rice production in the hilly area.
