摘要
在小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后组织基因表达的变化中找出参与的关键基因,探讨其发挥的主要作用。获取NCBI公共数据,并在R语言环境下进行数据挖掘。通过样本主成分分析(PCA)和层次聚类分析去除离散的样本;用相关包进行差异基因表达分析及其GO功能注释和KEGG通路分析,以及差异基因在线PPI网络的构建。研究发现小鼠脑缺血再灌注后2h,8h和24h中趋化因子家族基因持续高表达,这说明趋化因子基因家族在脑缺血再灌注损伤机制中扮演着极其重要的角色。
To find out the key genes involved in the changes of tissue gene expression after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice,and to explore its main role.Obtain NCBI public data and perform data mining in the R language environment.Discrete samples were removed by sample principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis;differential gene expression analysis and GO function annotation and KEGG pathway analysis were performed with related packages,and the construction of differential gene online PPI network was constructed.The study found that the chemokine family genes continued to be highly expressed at 2 h,8 h and 24 h after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice,suggesting that the chemokine gene family plays an extremely important role in the mechanism of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
