常规多层CT与低剂量多层CT扫描在肋骨骨折诊断中的对比研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 常规多层CT与低剂量多层CT扫描在肋骨骨折诊断中的对比应用。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年3月本院收治的60例肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规剂量的多层CT检查,观察组给予低剂量多层CT检查,对比两种CT扫描方法下的图像质量、容积CT剂量指数、肋骨诊断情况等。结果 对照组CT扫描下的图像质量优良率为90.00%,观察组CT扫描下的图像质量优良率为100%,对照组与观察组CT扫描下的图像质量相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组相比CT扫描下的容积CT剂量指数较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组CT扫描下的肋骨骨折诊断准确率为93.42%,观察组CT扫描下的肋骨骨折诊断准确率为92.86%,对照组与观察组CT扫描下的肋骨骨折诊断率间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 低剂量多层CT相比于常规多层CT而言不仅具有着较高的诊断准确率,且降低了辐射剂量,减少了人体造成的不必要的损伤,安全性较高。 Objective To compare the application of conventional multi-slice CT and low-dose multislice CT scan in the diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods 60 patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,30 in each group.The control group was given multi-slice CT examination of conventional dose,the observation group was given low-dose multi-slice CT examination,the image quality,volume CT dose index,rib diagnosis,etc.under two CT scan methods were compared.Results The excellent rate of image quality of the control group was 90.00%,and it was 100%of the observation group,however,there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).The volumetric CT dose index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of rib fractures under in the control group was 93.42%,The diagnostic accuracy of rib fractures in the observation group was 92.86%,there was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate of rib fractures between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional multi-slice CT,low-dose multi-slice CT not only has high diagnostic accuracy,but also reduces radiation dose,reduces unnecessary damage on human body,and has high safety.
