摘要
在我国构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的诸多实践探索中,学分银行与资历框架作为两项制度创新形式受到格外重视。本文重点梳理了过去一段时期以来,这两项新制度在国家宏观政策推动下的建设探索情况。以部分先行试点地区或机构为例,系统分析了我国新制度探索所取得的进展与成就、遇到的问题与阻碍,并以此为基础提出了推进国家资历框架与学分银行建设的一些政策建议。
The innovative exploration of learning credit bank and qualifications framework has been drawing ever-increasing attention in building a lifelong learning system and a learning society.This study analyzes the recent pilot practice in these two fields,achievements as well as progress,and problems and obstacles.Suggestions are made about how to promote constructing learning credit bank and qualifications framework.
