摘要
针对黑岱沟露天煤矿上覆岩体近水平层理发育,岩石力学性质相差大,传统台阶爆破单耗高、效果不理想的现状,建立了3层不同性质岩石的多孔台阶爆破模型,对比研究了大密集系数松动爆破的孔网参数(15m×5.5m)与现行孔网参数(13m×6m)和孔底空气间隔装药技术共同作用下,台阶上部、底部观测点部位岩体的有效应力特征,现场实验证实大密集系数布孔不仅改善了层状岩石破碎效果,而且降低炸药单耗20%,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the near-horizontal bedding development of the overlying rock mass,the difference of rock mechanical properties,the high unit consumption and the unsatisfactory effect of traditional bench blasting,aporous bench blasting model with three different rock layers was established for Heidaigou open-pit coal mine.Then,under the joint action of the loose blasting technology with large-density coefficient and the air interval charging technology,the effective stress characteristics of the rock mass at the observation points in the upper and bottom of the step were compared and studied.The loose blasting technology set the hole network parameters as 15 m×5.5 mand the current hole network parameters as 13 m×6 m.Field experiment verified that the hole arrangement with large-density coefficient not only improved the crushing effect of layered rock,but also reduced the unit explosive consumption by 20%,with remarkable economic benefits.
