摘要
目的调查北京某三甲医院住院医师医患沟通能力并分析其影响因素。方法2019年9月6日至2019年9月8日通过分层抽样对297名住院医师进行问卷调查,运用医患沟通能力量表(自评)对住院医师医患沟通能力进行评价。结果被调研住院医师医患沟通能力总分为(3.19±0.67),传递和采集信息能力(3.33±0.64),医患沟通态度及服务能力(3.07±0.73),互动与达成共识能力(3.25±0.62),表达能力(3.22±0.64),确认信息能力(3.16±0.64),体会感受与反馈能力(3.07±0.68)。结论该三甲医院住院医师医患沟通能力整体较好,不同维度与题目之间有一定差异,性别和实习科室数量对沟通能力具有一定影响。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the doctor-patient communication abilities of residents in a grade III class A hospital in Beijing and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From September 6,2019 to September 8,2019,297 residents were surveyed by stratified sampling,and their doctor-patient communication abilities was evaluated with the Doctor-patient Communication Ability Scale(self-evaluation).Results The total score of doctor-patient communication ability was(3.19±0.67).The score of ability to transmit and collect information was(3.33±0.64).The score of communication attitude and service ability between doctors and patients was(3.07±0.73).The score of interaction and consensus-building ability was(3.25±0.62).The score of expression ability was(3.22±0.64).The score of confirming information ability was(3.16±0.64).The score of experience,understanding and feedback was(3.07±0.68).Conclusion The doctor-patient communication ability of residents in the grade III class A Hospital is fairly good in general.There are some differences between different dimensions and topics.Gender and number of rotated departments during internship have some influence on communication ability.
