摘要
本文将从病因病机、辨证施治、用药特点三方面探究瓜藤缠的中医治疗方法。程宏斌主任医师认为瓜藤缠其病因病机在于湿邪阻滞经络,病位在经络,治当以除湿通络为基本大法,治疗后期以祛风养血通络为主以降低疾病复发率。以温燥辛散走窜之风药为主药以祛除经络之中的湿邪,收效颇佳。
The article explore the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of erythema nodosumfrom three aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,characteristics of medication.Chief physician Cheng Hongbin believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease lied in damp pathogen blocking the meridians and the disease was locatedin the meridians.The basic therapywas to elimate dampness and free the network vessels.In the later period of treatment,it was the main therapythatdispeled wind and nourish the blood and dredge collaterals in order to reduce the recurrence rate of disease.The dampness evil in meridians could be dispelled by the wind medicine with warming,drying and pungent dispersing and channeling as the main medicine.Furthermore the effect was quite good.
