菊粉与丁酸钠对育肥猪氨气的减排效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 养殖过程产生的氨气不仅会影响生猪健康,而且影响整个生猪产业的可持续发展。传统的臭气治理主要从末端着手,而寻求从源头到末端的联动减排显得非常有意义。此研究以肠道微生物为靶点,利用菊粉和丁酸钠为材料,以育肥猪粪便为发酵菌源,采用体外发酵法评价其氨气减排潜力,并依据其添加量对成本进行核算。结果表明:菊粉对于氨气的减排潜力有限,与对照组相比,0.5、1、1.5、2和2.5%的5个添加组中只有2%的菊粉添加组具有显著的氨气减排能力(P<0.05),但是减排比例只有6%,而添加0.15%的丁酸钠氨气减排比例为28%(P<0.05)。核算菊粉与丁酸钠的应用成本表明,2%的菊粉添加导致成本增加0.56元/kg,而添加0.38%包膜丁酸钠成本只增加0.153元/kg。因此,综合氨气减排潜力和成本,推荐在养殖中应用丁酸钠作为氨气源头到末端的联动调控剂。 The ammonia produced in the production of livestock farming affects both the health of swine and the sustainable development of the whole industry. Traditional management of odor treatment mainly starts from the end, therefore the emission deduction from the source to the end is of significant meaning. This study evaluated the effect of inulin and sodium butyrate on ammonia emissions in vitro fermentation using feces of fattening pig as the source of fermentation bacteria, and the cost of using these additives. Results showed that inulin has a limited potential to reduce ammonia emissions. Compared with the control, only 2% inulin supplement group out of five other groups had the ability to reduce ammonia emissions(P<0.05), but with only 6%. However, the 0.15% sodium butyrate group reduced 28% ammonia(P<0.05). The application costs of inulin and sodium butyrate were calculated separately, which showed that 2% of inulin supplementation resulted in a 0.56 RMB/kg feed costs increase, and 0.38% coated sodium butyrate only increased 0.15 RMB/kg feed costs. Therefore, it is recommended that sodium butyrate should be used as a source-to-end control agent for ammonia emissions in the actual application.
