摘要
运载火箭箭体结构成本是全箭成本的重要组成部分,因此降低运载火箭箭体结构系统的成本对降低运载火箭成本具有重要的意义。分析运载火箭箭体结构的成本构成,提出了降低箭体结构成本的途径,并分析了采用批量化生产后对成本构成的影响以及在不同产量下结构部段应采取的加工方式。最后引入费效比的概念,分别对某液体三级火箭贮箱采用2195铝锂合金材料以及简化设计方案对成本和性能的综合影响进行了初步分析。
The cost of the launch vehicle structure accounts an important part of the total cost of the launch vehicle, reducing the cost of launch vehicle structure is of great significance to reduce the cost of launch vehicle. The cost composition of launch vehicle structure is analyzed, the ways to reduce the cost of the launch vehicle structure are put forward, the effect of batch production on cost composition and the processing method of structural section under different output are analyzed. At last, the concept of the cost-effectiveness ratio is introduced, the comprehensive effects of cost and performance is separately analyzed when 2195 Al-Li alloy and simplified design are used in a three stages liquid launch vehicle tank.
