摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析目前期刊文献中中医药治疗胆总管结石的组方用药经验,并为中医药治疗胆总管结石提供新思考及新药物组合。方法:收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等数据库中中医药治疗胆总管结石的组方用药,应用Endnote文献管理软件剔除重复文献,应用中医传承辅助平台软件V2.5构建中医药治疗胆总管结石的方剂数据库,采用软件集成的数据挖掘,对方剂数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布、频次统计、组方规律及新方分析。结果:通过对治疗胆总管结石的79首方剂分析,确定了处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合,演化得到新处方2首。结论:研究表明,现代文献数据库中收录治疗胆总管结石以清热利湿、疏肝解郁、通腑泻下、化石利湿为主,药性以苦寒为主、辛温并用,兼以甘缓,体现寒温并用、辛开苦降、补泻兼施的治疗原则,同时为我们提供益气养阴、疏肝解郁、健脾益气、清热利湿化石的治疗思考及新处方的参考与指导。
Objective:Based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,this paper analyzes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of choledocholithiasis in the periodical literature,and provides new thinking and new drug combination for the treatment of choledocholithiasis by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Firstly,the prescription and medication of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of choledocholithiasis were collected from China journal full text database(CNKI),wanfang data knowledge service platform,weipu website,China biomedical literature database(CBM)and other databases. Then,Endnote document management software was applied to eliminate duplicated documents. The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform software V2.5 was used to establish the prescription database of traditional Chinese medicines for treating choledocholithiasis. The data mining of software integration was used to analyze the formula database with four gases,five tastes,distribution of meridional distribution,frequency statistics,rule of formula and new prescriptions. Results:Totally 79 prescriptions for treating choledocholithiasis were analyzed to determine the frequency of prescription drugs,commonly used drug pairs and combinations and develop 2 new prescriptions. Conclusion:According to this study,prescriptions for treating choledocholithiasis collected in modern literature databases mainly have the effects in heat clearing and dampness,soothing the liver and relieving depression,purging fu-organs to eliminate polluted,dissolving the stones and reducing the dampness. The medicine is mainly characterized by bitter cold,combined with pungent and warm,as well as sweet and slow,reflecting the treatment principle of using cold and temperature,acrid opening and bitter downbearing,also tonification and purgation in combination. At the same time,it provides reference and guidance for us to treat choledocholithiasis,such as tonifying qi and nourishing Yin,soothing liver and relieving depression,strengthening spleen and invigorating qi,clearing heat and removing dampness.
