摘要
目的探讨加减沙参麦冬汤中医辨证治疗方案应用于小细胞肺癌患者治疗中的临床效果。方法于2015年1月—2018年7月间至该院接受治疗的小细胞肺癌患者中随机抽选出40例患者展开该次实验,根据就诊顺序将其分为两组,单数为实验组,双数为对照组,每组20例患者。给予对照组患者单纯化疗方案进行治疗,实验组患者在常规化疗治疗的同时给予沙参麦冬汤中医辨证用药方案进行治疗,治疗完成后观察两组患者的治疗效果和各项指标的变化,以分析将加减沙参麦冬汤应用于小细胞肺癌治疗中的效果。结果该次研究成果显示,实验组患者的治疗有效率为80%(16/20),对照组为55%(11%20),两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.286,P<0.05)。同时两组患者在治疗后,其卡氏评分均有所降低,但实验组患者治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.456,P>0.05),而对照组患者的卡氏评分治疗后低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.515,P<0.05)。结论在小细胞肺癌患者的临床治疗中,将加减沙参麦冬汤中医辨证用药理论应用于治疗中,其治疗效果明显优于单一的常规化疗治疗方案,能够改善患者的临床指标,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine dialectical treatment with addition and subtraction of Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of small cell lung cancer patients.Methods Patients with small cell lung cancer who were treated in the hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were enrolled,and 40 patients were randomly selected to conduct this experiment.They were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.For the experimental group,the double number was the control group,and each group contained 20 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone.The patients in the experimental group were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine and the prescription of Shashen Maidong Decoction.After treatment,the treatment effects and changes of various indexes were observed.The effect of adding and subtracting Shashen Maidong Decoction on the treatment of small cell lung cancer was analyzed.Results The results of this study showed that the effective rate was 55%(11/20)in the experimental group and 80%(16/20)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.286,P<0.05).At the same time,the Kass scores of the two groups were reduced after treatment,but there was not statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the patients before and after treatment(t=0.456,P>0.05),while the control group had lower than the Kasman score after treatment.In the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.515,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with small cell lung cancer,the dialectical medicine theory of adding or subtracting shashen maidong decoction in Chinese medicine is applied in the treatment,and its therapeutic effect is obviously better than the single conventional chemotherapy treatment program,which can improve the clinical indicators of patients,and is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
