摘要
为避免因时域信号过长而无法加载的情况,采用传递函数理论进行应力危险部位处应力功率谱密度仿真与实验验证。根据带宽系数确定Dirlik的寿命预测方法,结合S-N曲线进行基于功率谱密度下的疲劳寿命预测,并通过时域法进行寿命结果验证。结果表明:Dirlik方法寿命结果和时域法相对误差较小,寿命预测方法准确,为提高汽车零部件的疲劳寿命精度研究提供参考。
In order to avoid the time-domain signal is too long to be loaded,the stress power spectral density simulation and experimental verification are carried out by using the transfer function theory.The Dirlik’s life prediction method is determined according to the bandwidth coefficient.Combined with the S-N curve,the fatigue life based on power spectral density is predicted.Verify the results of life through the time domain method.The results show that the relative error of Dirlik method’s life and time domain method is small,and the life prediction method is accurate,which can provide references for improving the fatigue life precision of automotive components.
