摘要
目前识别经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端异位的方法诸多,包括体外测量、腔内心电图(ECG)、超声定位、电磁导航技术和胸部X线定位。为了能够在患者输液治疗前及时、准确地识别PICC尖端异位,本文对以上识别PICC尖端异位方法的进展情况进行归纳总结,希望对广大同仁有一定帮助。
There are many ways to identify the peripherally inserted central catheter tip malposition, including anthropometric measurements, intracavitary electrocardiographic(ECG), ultrasound localization technology, electromagnetic navigation technology and chest X-ray. In order to identify PICC tip position promptly and accurately before transfusion, we summarize the progress of the above methods for identifying PICC tip position, wish to deliver some help to colleagues.
