摘要 为解决采煤工作面超前支护反复支撑扰动顶板问题,针对顺和煤矿综采工作面上覆岩层地质特性,提出了“恒阻零扰动”方案,并结合机修厂进行“量尺定做”单元式液压支架。该种架型可有效支撑顶板,避免对巷道顶板反复支撑,减缓巷道围岩的变形,提升了采煤工作面两巷机械化和自动化超前支护水平,取得了巷道支护技术新突破,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to solve the problem of disturbance roof repeatedly supported by advance support in coal face,a scheme of"constant resistance and zero disturbance"was proposed in view of the geological characteristics of overburden strata in fully mechanized coal face of Shunhe Coal Mine,and a unit hydraulic support with"gauge customized"was carried out in combination with the machine repair plant.This type of support can effectively support the roof,avoid repeated support to the roadway roof,slow down the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,improve the mechanization and automation advanced support level of two roadways in coal mining face,and achieve new breakthroughs in roadway support technology,with high economic and social benefits.
