摘要
Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite materials are earthabundant and combine the advantages of both inorganic and organic materials, such as solution processing, adjustable band gap, high carrier mobility and high extinction coefficient. They are expected to break the technology bottleneck of traditional semiconductor materials and achieve the evolutionary optoelectronic devices with large-area and high efficiency at low cost [1].
