珍珠岩粒径对封闭式无机基质槽培番茄生长的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Pearlite Particle Size on Growth of Enclosed Inorganic Substrate Cultivated Tomato

摘要 为筛选出适宜封闭式无机基质槽培系统的珍珠岩基质,在蔬菜中心连栋温室内进行了珍珠岩粒径配比试验,设置珍珠岩3种粒径大于4 mm、2~4 mm、小于2 mm按不同比例组成的7种基质配方,以市场上园艺珍珠岩为CK,研究基质配方的理化性质以及对番茄生长、品质和产量的影响。结果表明:珍珠岩粒径配比的持水能力、通气孔隙、大小孔隙比随大粒径含量的增多呈增大趋势,容重、持水孔隙随大粒径含量的增多呈降低趋势。粒径大于4 mm、2~4 mm、小于2 mm为3∶4∶3的处理提高了番茄株高、叶片数,改善了果实品质,增加了产量。试验表明,珍珠岩粒径大于4 mm、2~4 mm、小于2 mm为3∶4∶3的处理适宜作为该系统的番茄栽培基质。 In order to screen perlite matrix suitable for enclosed inorganic matrix in-cell culture system,perlite particle size ratio was studied in greenhouse of vegetable center.Setting seven matrix formulations composed of three kinds of perlite particle sizes larger than 4 mm,2-4 mm and smaller than 2 mm in different proportions.Taking the garden perlite as CK in the market,the physical and chemical properties of the matrix formula and its influence on the growth,quality and yield of tomato were studied.The results showed that the water holding capacity,aerated porosity and pore size ratio of perlite grain size ratio increased with the increase of large grain size content.The bulk density and water holding pores decreased with the increase of the content of large particle size.The treatments with particle size Larger than 4 mm,2-4 mm and smaller than 2 mm as 3∶4∶3 improved plant height,leaf number,fruit quality and yield.The experiment showed that the perlite with particle size larger than 4 mm,2-4 mm and smaller than 2 mm were treated as 3∶4∶3,which was suitable for tomato cultivation substrate of this system.
