摘要
以工程教育认证背景为契机探讨问题导向型教学在“食品工程原理”课程中的运用前景。针对传统“食品工程原理”教学中忽视工程实践能力培养、教学方法及内容呆板等问题。基于突出实用、激发兴趣、引导学习的教学新理念培养学生树立“食品工匠精神”,从而提升“食品工程原理”的教学质量。
Taking the certification background of engineering education as an opportunity to discuss the application prospect of problem-oriented teaching in the course of Principles of Food Engineering.In view of the neglect of engineering practice ability training and rigid teaching methods in the traditional teaching of food engineering principles,etc.Based on the new teaching concepts of highlighting practicality,stimulating interest and guiding learning,students were trained to establish the“spirit of food craftsmen”so as to improve the teaching quality of Principles of Food Engineering.
