摘要
针对煤矿井下自动化降尘系统通过光缆或者信号电缆传输信号,布线和安装复杂,受井下复杂环境影响较大,无法长期使用的问题。在现有矿用无线智能技术较为成熟的基础上,设计一套矿井综采面无线物联网喷雾降尘系统。该系统全部采用无线遥控技术,实现设备间无线连接、无线通讯、智能控制的自动化喷雾系统。
In view of the problem that the underground automatic dust control system of coal mine transmits signals through optical cable or signal cable,the wiring and installation are complex,which is greatly affected by the complex underground environment and cannot be used for a long time.On the basis of the existing wireless intelligent technology for mining,a wireless Internet of things spray dust control system for fully mechanized mining faces is designed.The system uses wireless remote control technology to realize automatic spray system for wireless connection,wireless communication and intelligent control between devices.
