摘要
为解决弹道导弹突防作战的效能评估问题,针对体系作战效能评估的复杂性与多样性,提出了基于作战仿真试验进行效能评估的思路。采用通用型弹道导弹突防仿真框架、多维效能指标体系、评估数据采集以及多源数据融合等技术与方法,较为有效地解决了导弹突防作战在不同战场环境、不同作战条件下的效能评估问题。为解决导弹突防及相关作战效能评估问题提供了一种方法与思路。
In order to solve the problem of effectiveness evaluation of ballistic missile penetrating operations,we propose a way of effectiveness evaluation based on operational simulation experiments,aiming at the complexity and diversity of system operational effectiveness evaluation.The general ballistic missile penetration simulation framework,multi-dimensional effectiveness index system,data acquisition and multi-source data fusion technology and methods are applied to effectively solve the problem of missile penetration effectiveness evaluation under different battlefield environments and different operational conditions.In order to solve the problem of missile penetration and related operational effectiveness evaluation,a method and idea are provided.
