摘要
为掌握融雪剂对不同空隙率沥青混合料低温抗裂性的影响,采用改变碾压次数方式制备不同空隙率沥青混合料试件,并使用CaCl2和NaCl2种融雪剂溶液对其进行冻融循环,进而用低温小梁弯曲试验测定冻融循环后的残留应变比作为低温抗裂性损失评价指标。结果表明:融雪剂质量分数提高、空隙率增大及冻融循环次数增加时,沥青混合料低温抗裂性下降幅度均增大,其中融雪剂质量分数超过15%、空隙率超过4.6%和冻融循环次数超过5次后下降速率加快;NaCl融雪剂造成的沥青混合料低温抗裂性损失较CaCl2融雪剂高;融雪剂质量分数、空隙率和冻融循环次数对沥青混合料低温抗裂性均有显著影响,且影响程度依次降低。
In order to understand the effect of snowmelt agent on the low temperature stability of asphalt mixture with different voidage,the test specimens of asphalt mixture with different voidage were prepared by means of changing the rolling frequency,and two kinds of snowmelt agents CaCl2 and NaCl were used on the specimens for cycles of freezing and thawing,so as to further conduct low temperature joist bending test to measure the residue straining rate after the cycles of freezing and thawing,which is referred to as the evaluation index of low temperature stability damage.The results show when the concentration of snowmelt agent,voidage and frequency of cycles of freezing and thawing increased,the margin of decrease of low temperature stability of asphalt mixture also grew,for example,the decrease sped up when the concentration of snowmelt agent exceeded 15%and voidage 4.6%,cycles of freezing and thawing 5,the low temperature stability damage of asphalt mixture caused by NaCl snowmelt agent was more serious than that by CaCl2 snowmelt agent,the concentration of snowmelt agent,voidage,and cycles of freezing and thawing had significant and successively reducing effect on the low temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
