Conversion Between Particle Mass and Number Based on Rosin-Rammler Distribution

摘要 颗粒物质量与数量的换算采用分段粒径进行计算存在离散误差。基于Rosin-Rammler分布导出计数与计重概率密度函数及其关联方程,采用数理积分和离散统计分别得到计数分布、计重分布及其换算系数。结果表明:统计得出的计数分布与积分偏差较小,计重分布偏差较大。换算系数在各粒径分段偏差较大,但在全粒径范围吻合较好。 There could be discrete errors when we use the median of segmented particle size in conversion between particle mass and number.The probability density functions of count and weight were derived based on Rosin-Rammler distribution.The correlation equation between the two functions were calculated.We use two methods of mathematical integral and discrete statistics to get count distribution,weight distribution and conversion factor.Count distributions obtained by discrete statistics and integration fit well while weight distributions got by the two methods vary greatly.Conversion factors calculated by the two methods differ largely in each size segmentation but agree well in the whole size range.
