车辆加速异响及轰鸣声诊断与优化 被引量:4

摘要 对某款搭载1.8T汽油发动机SUV车型在1档、2档及3档小油门加速过程中发动机转速为3000r/min左右时出现的“guagua”异响和轰鸣声问题,通过发动机舱近场噪声及部件振动测试,利用小波变换、滤波回放等信号处理方法,确认异响及轰鸣声均来自发动机水管。试验结果表明,该发动机水管模态频率偏低,在发动机2阶激励下发生共振并与对接件接触,从而产生异响,同时也引发轰鸣声。结合水管实测模态,建立仿真分析模型并进行结构优化,制作样件并经实车验证,增加固定支架提升模态频率的方案能有效解决该异响和轰鸣问题。 The"guagua"abnormal noise and booming noise of a SUV type car equipped with 1.8T turbocharged gasoline engine are studied.The abnormal noise and booming noise occur in the acceleration process at the 1st gear,2nd gear and 3rd gear when the engine speed reaches 3000 r/min.Through the vibration and noise measurement and by using the signal processing methods such as wavelet transform and filter playback,it is confirmed that the abnormal noise and booming noise comes from the engine water pipe.The root cause is that the modal frequency of the engine water pipe does not meet the requirements.The engine water pipe resonates under the second order engine excitation and collides with the docking piece,which generates the abnormal noise and booming noise.Based on the measured modals,the model of the water pipe is established and simulated and the structure is optimized.A sample of the water pipe is prepared,tested and verified.The abnormal noise and booming noise problem is effectively solved by adding a fixed bracket to the water pipe.
