摘要
包装纸板强度受天气湿度影响非常大,防潮剂变得非常重要。对几种市场上提供的防潮剂进行表面施胶后,纸样经恒温恒湿处理,对比防潮剂表面施胶后在高湿条件下的环压强度变化。实验结果表明,防潮剂有延缓强度下降作用,稍长时间(如48 h),防潮效果即消失。不同湿度下,湿度越高,纸品强度下降越快。纸品在高湿环境下强度快速下降至平衡,之后强度几乎不再继续下降。另外,纸品的初始Cobb吸水值不能预测其防潮性。
Packaging board has strong sensitivity to humidity in its strength. Moisture proof agent becomes very important. Several moisture proof agents were compared in surface sizing application and paperboard strength effect in high humidity condition. The results show that, moisture proof agent delays the paperboard strength weakening at certain extent for a certain period of time. After long period of time like 48 h, its moisture proof function will disappear. Paperboard strength decreases faster at higher humidity condition, the strength loss would reach the equilibrium quickly when paperboard stayed in high humidity environment, then keep the strength balance. In addition, Paperboard Cobb Value can’t estimate its moisture proof property.
